Having such knowledge, I hereby acknowledge this release, any representatives, agents, and successors from liability for accidental injury or illness which I may incur as a result of participating in the said physical activity. I hereby assume all risks connected therewith and consent to participate in said program. The content provided through this website should under no circumstances replace professional medical help, advice, treatment, training, or diagnosis. You will not receive a belt rank or certification with this course. No Refunds, Credits or Transfers – All Sales Final after 3 days of Purchase. To access your course(s) after purchase, log in at the East Culture Hub website. If you have forgotten your password, under “Login” select “Forgot Password” and follow the prompts. All programs/forms/videos accessed through this website are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes by the purchaser.
Digital delivery
These are digital video courses, not physical goods. After successful payment is confirmed, course access is provided through the download or cloud-storage links shown in your order email and My account. Check your email address before payment and check your spam folder if an email is missing. Your order details remain available in your account even if email delivery is delayed. Any access period, file format, teaching language, subtitles, cloud-service requirements and download restrictions must be stated on the course page. Please review them before purchase.
Cancellations & refunds
No Refunds, Credits or Transfers – All Sales Final after 3 days of Purchase. To request cancellation within 3 days of purchase, contact us with your order number and email address. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty, inaccessible or misdescribed content. Confirmed duplicate payments will be refunded.
How to request help or a refund
Open My account → Orders to find your order number, then use the contact details on our Contact & support page. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, the course name and a description of the issue. Screenshots can help, but never send card details, passwords or cloud-account credentials. We will review the request and tell you the outcome and next steps. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where supported; processing time depends on the payment provider. A refund may end access to the refunded course, subject to your legal rights.
Practice & safety
Courses are provided for general education and personal practice. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or rehabilitation, and no particular health or learning outcome is guaranteed. Choose movements appropriate to your ability, use a clear and stable practice area, and avoid forcing your range of movement. Stop if you experience pain, dizziness or discomfort. If you are pregnant, recovering from injury, have a health condition, or are unsure whether the movements are suitable, seek advice from an appropriately qualified health professional before practicing. Children should practice with appropriate adult supervision. This notice does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Unless the course page expressly states otherwise, your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to access and use the purchased course for your own learning, subject to its stated access terms. Copyright remains with the respective rights holders. Do not upload, publicly share, resell, redistribute or use the videos for commercial teaching without written permission, except where permitted by law. Do not share private download links or cloud access codes. For classroom, group or commercial licensing, contact us before use. Course materials and photographs must be used with the permission of their rights holders.
